Subjective test run-sheet & observer-rejection tool

A dependency-light Python script (standard library only) for running a subjective test. It prints (1) an environment-calibration checklist (lab vs home luminance, ~200 lux, D65 background, PLUGE display set-up, viewing distance in picture heights), (2) a per-participant pre-screening record (visual acuity on the Snellen 20/30 line, Ishihara colour vision, consent, non-expert confirmation), and (3) an implementation of the ITU-R BT.500-15 Annex 1 (§A1-2.3.1) kurtosis-based observer-rejection proc
